Strive Home Therapy offers Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy services throughout Southern California. We can you provide services in the comfort of your own home whether it is a private residence, Assisted Living Facility, or Board and Care Facility.
Our goal to help you gain access to these services in order to prevent, restore, and sustain your maximum level of function.
